Method/steps
Put rice, glutinous rice, barley, black rice, millet, and lotus seeds into the water and soak for 3 hours.
Put mung beans, red beans, peanuts, soybeans, red kidney beans, black beans, and peas into the water and soak them overnight.
Put the soaked beans and appropriate amount of water into the pot, bring to a boil over high heat, and simmer over low heat for 30 minutes.
Add the soaked rice and cook over low heat for 1 hour.
