Preparation materials: 350g celery, 75g pork liver
Seasoning: 10g cooking wine, 5g soy sauce, 4g salt, 2g MSG, 10g scallions, 10g ginger , 15g star anise, 1g pepper powder, 10g starch (pea), 60g peanut oil, 10g sesame oil
1. Chop ginger, garlic and green onion and set aside.
2. Wash and cut red peppers into shreds
3. Wash and cut celery into sections
4. Wash and slice pork liver and add appropriate amount of cornstarch. Mix light soy sauce, cooking wine, and pepper and marinate briefly. Set aside.
5. Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot. After the oil is hot, slide the pork liver into the pot until it changes color and set aside.
6. Put oil in the pot, add ginger and minced garlic, stir-fry until fragrant, add red pepper and stir-fry slightly to get spicy flavor
7. Add celery, add appropriate amount of salt and stir-fry
8. Pour in the pork liver and stir-fry evenly.
