Bamboo and potato enter the lung and bladder meridian, which can clear away lung-heat, relieve cough, clear away heat and induce diuresis, and are mainly used for treating cough due to lung heat and urinary incontinence due to damp-heat bladder.
White ducks entering the lung and kidney meridians can nourish yin and stomach, induce diuresis and reduce swelling, and are mainly used to treat tuberculosis, bone steaming, cough and edema.
The practice of taro and white duck soup;
Ingredients: white duck 1 piece, dried lily 20g, arrowroot 2-3 pieces, Glehnia littoralis 10g, Lycium barbarum 10g, jujube 20g, ginger 3 pieces, onion 1 root, refined salt 1 spoon, rice wine 20ml, etc.
Exercise:
Slaughter the white duck, unhairing, eviscerating, washing, cutting into pieces, blanching in boiling water to remove blood stains for later use;
Wash taro, peel and cut into pieces for later use;
Wrap dried Bulbus Lilii, Radix Glehniae, Fructus Lycii and Fructus Jujubae with gauze, slice Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens, and cut Bulbus Allii Cepae into sections for later use;
Put the duck pieces, gauze bags, ginger, onion, yellow wine and clear soup in a stew pot and simmer for about 1 hour;
Take out the gauze bag and season with salt and pepper.
Note: White duck eating too much qi stagnation and intestinal slippery, yang deficiency and spleen deficiency, unclear exogenous factors, beriberi swelling and diarrhea are not suitable for eating this soup.
