150g sugar, 40g milk powder
50g light cream, 700g water

1. Add appropriate amount of water and 50 grams of sugar to the red beans and cook until they bloom. Add corn starch to 50 grams of water and mix thoroughly and set aside.
Take a pot and add 650 grams of water from the boiled red beans. When it boils, add 100 grams of sugar and milk powder and mix well. Then add the cooked red beans and boil for about 2 minutes.
2. Turn down the heat and add the cornstarch in 2 to thicken the sauce. Bring to a boil and then turn off the heat.
3. After letting it dry for a while, add the light cream and mix well.
4. After drying, pour into the mold and freeze for more than 12 hours.
Rinse the mold under tap water before eating, or immerse the mold in water for 15 seconds, and it can be taken out smoothly.
Tips
This formula is generally okay, but there are too many powdery substances and the overall feeling is hard. Xiaoyu said that when she made it, she did not use milk powder and changed the water to milk. I think the Xiaoyu method should taste better.
