Method:
1. Cut off the two corners of the edamame with scissors, mainly to make it easier for the salt water to enter.
2. Wash the edamame quickly and put it into a bamboo basket. Rub it with coarse salt to remove the fine hair and increase the taste.
3. Soak the edamame in salt water for about 1.5 hours.
4. Then boil the edamame in salted boiling water. The amount of water must be more than twice the amount of edamame. Do not cook it for too long. The edamame cooked in this way has a bright color and a good taste.
