Steps
1. Raw pork belly is cleaned by rubbing it with cornstarch and salt inside and out several times.
2. Pepper grains are lightly tapped with a knife.
3. Stuff the peppercorns inside the pork belly.
4. Put some water and ginger in the pot and cook the pork belly.
5. Fish out the cooked pork belly, take half of it and slice it.
6. Chicken cleaned.
7. Cut the pork belly and chicken back down to the soup, and cook for about 1 hour.
8. Finally add the right amount of salt and pepper to taste.
