4. Second, steamed bacon with laba beans (steamed bacon with dried plum vegetables can be made according to this method)
1, same as before. Half a catty of bacon is washed, steamed and sliced; Buy half a catty of laba beans from the supermarket.
2. Put laba beans in a bowl and cover them with bacon slices. When putting meat slices, lean meat is facing down and fat meat is facing up (or fat meat is pressed on lean meat);
3. Put the bowl with sliced meat into the pressure cooker and cook under pressure. Turn off the fire and expose to the atmosphere for about three minutes.

Third, simple bacon hot pot (the most convenient and practical hot pot in winter)
1. Wash bacon, steam it, slice it, slice bamboo shoots (prepared magnolia slices are also acceptable), and slice spiced dried tofu for later use.
2. Boil the water in a hot pot, add appropriate amount of salt, pepper, onion slices, ginger slices, dried peppers, bacon, bamboo shoots and spiced dried tofu slices and cook for five minutes.
