Steps
1. Break the cabbage leaf by leaf, wash and drain Moisture. Use your hands to break the cabbage stems into sections about 4cm long, and the leaves into 6cm long sections.
2. Pour lard into the pot and heat it to 80% heat.
3. Over high heat, pour in the cabbage and stir-fry quickly until soft, add appropriate amount of salt.
