2. Heat the wok with 1 tablespoon lard, pour in shredded red onion, and fry over low heat until the color is slightly brown.
3. Add diced white radish, lard residue and soaked dry goods (shredded mushrooms), stir-fry, sprinkle with salt and white pepper, stir well, and turn off the heat.
4. Put the washed and soaked glutinous rice into the rice cooker, then pour in the fried ingredients, press the cooking button, and serve it in a bowl after cooking.
5. Heat another pot, add 1 tbsp lard, soy sauce, white sugar, white pepper and a little water, and stir well to make a pouring juice.
6. Pour the sauce on the radish rice and sprinkle with fragrant pine.
