1. Soft rot: mainly occurs in the clumping stage and core stage of Chinese cabbage. After the onset, sticky soft rot spots appeared on petioles and bulbs, accompanied by peculiar smell, which made Chinese cabbage inedible and led to withering. In the early stage of the disease, field management should be strengthened. If there is water in the field, drainage should be done in time to effectively prevent soft rot. After the onset, spray 70% Dixintong every 7-9 days for spray prevention and control, and increase the frequency of prevention and control in severe cases.
2. Dry burning heart disease: The disease occurred in the rosette stage of Chinese cabbage. The main symptoms are yellow and dry young leaves, dry leaves of Chinese cabbage, yellow-brown veins and concentrated affected areas. Appropriate amount of organic fertilizer can be applied during the cultivation of Chinese cabbage, and 0.7% manganese sulfate can be sprayed on Chinese cabbage leaves with Lvfenwei No.3 at seedling stage and before heading stage.
3. Downy mildew: The disease occurred from seedling stage to pericardial stage of Chinese cabbage. After the onset, it appears in the form of soaking, and it is yellow-brown and dry in the later stage. For this disease, it is necessary to strengthen cultivation management, rational irrigation and avoid over-watering. Improper weather conditions, seed varieties and cultivation management may also lead to diseases.
4. Plutella xylostella: This pest can harm Chinese cabbage sustainably. The source of Plutella xylostella can multiply rapidly on vegetable leaves, and it is difficult to control after being damaged. Plutella xylostella likes to eat leaves with high sugar content. In the process of planting Chinese cabbage, the occurrence of Plutella xylostella can be prevented by rational fertilization and avoiding partial application of nitrogen fertilizer.
In addition, if signs of virus diseases are found, such as uneven green mottling or mosaic on leaves, measures should be taken in time to prevent and control them. In management, we can strengthen the management of fertilizer and water and spray appropriate amount of drugs.
