Why do chefs go to cooking school to learn?

As an apprentice, not only do you have endless things to do every day, but you may not be able to learn skills. To learn the real skills, we still need to find some practical cooking school to study. Third, you can receive formal basic skills training in cooking school, with hands-on guidance from professional teachers and repeated practice until you learn.
