How to Make Bean Skin
Recently, I've fallen in love with bean skin because I'm on a diet! Bean skins are full of plant protein, so it's a must to eat up!
Ingredients ?
2 spoons of soy sauce
2 sheets of bean skins
2 spoons of chili powder
4 cloves of garlic
White sesame seeds moderate
1 spoon of sugar
3 small millet chili
2 spoons of oyster sauce
Cumin can be a little bit more

Take two bean skins, this one is longer for me.
Soak them in cold water for 30 minutes
Cut them in small pieces with scissors (you can also tear them by hand or cut them with a knife)
Prepare garlic and millet chili pepper
Crush the garlic and chop the millet chili pepper.
In a wok, add oil, add garlic, millet chili and chili powder, and sauté. After that, add the bean curd and mix well. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, white sesame seeds and cumin powder.
Out of the pot, sprinkle with chopped green onion. Sizzling!
