"Scattered sushi" is made by placing rice in a large wrist, then placing fresh ingredients (e.g. tuna sashimi, salmon sashimi, salmon roe, shredded fried egg, sliced flower gourd, sliced lotus root in tidewater, cuttlefish sashimi, thinly shredded roasted nori, and pink pickled ginger) on top of the rice, and then dousing it with sushi sauce, dipping it in green mustard, and eating it with chopsticks. wasabi and eaten with chopsticks. Serve with soup or Japanese green tea.
