Tools/raw materials: eggplant.
1. Remove the pedicels of eggplant and wash the mud.
2. Dice the eggplant.
3. Dry the cut eggplant in the sun.
After drying all day, the dried eggplant can almost be put into a bag for preservation. We're late in the sun today, and we'll have it for about half a day tomorrow. It depends.
This kind of eggplant tastes good. No matter what kind of eggplant you use, dried eggplant is ok, as long as you like it.
