World Goat Milk

FAO (2004) reported that the countries with more goat milk production are: New Zealand, the Netherlands, India, Pakistan, France, Spain, Turkey and China.
Sheep's liquid milk can also be used for medical purposes, and the market for sheep's liquid milk for medical purposes in the United States has a huge potential, with an estimated need of at least 12,000 tons per year (Haenlein, 1992).
