Fresh shrimp chips
Materials: shrimp protein starch
1. Thirty sea shrimp, remove the head, peel and remove from the back.

Boiled Squid Shrimp Slider
Materials: 6 fresh shrimp, 1 squid, a little fat and lean meat, a moderate amount of starch, 1 egg white, salt, seafood sauce, cabbage.
1. Cabbage washed, torn into small pieces, put in a frying pan and fry until crumbled, put in a pot!
2. Peel the squid (don't use the squid head, only the squid body) and then cut into small pieces. Cut a couple chunks of fat pork and a couple chunks of lean pork. Puree them in a blender. Pick the shrimp meat and mince it with a knife (don't cut it too much, its better to have a grainy texture). 3. Put some oil in a wok, turn on low heat, put the shrimp heads and shells into the wok and fry them on low heat. Slowly, the oil turns red, turn off the heat. This is shrimp oil!

6. Pour half of the remaining shrimp oil into the pot and put a few peppercorns. When the oil is about 60-70% hot, pour the hot oil into the shrimp paste soup and the cooked shrimp paste is ready!
If you don't don't use a whisk to stir the stick, use a few chopsticks to stir clockwise!
Shrimp stew with mushrooms.
Materials: 9 mushrooms, 9 shrimp, 250ml stock, celery powder moderate.

2. To make the tofu, crush the shrimp, put it in a bowl, stir clockwise, add a little yellow wine and fresh soy sauce, stir until you can hold the ball.
3. Pick up the tofu from the pan and divide each piece into 4 parts, scooping out the center of the tofu.
4. Stir the scooped out center tofu and shrimp paste together into the scooped out tofu pieces.
5. Finally, put a quail egg on top and steam with hot water for 6 minutes.
6. Pour some fresh soy sauce before steaming for 6 minutes.
Baby s supplementary food: shrimp paste.
Materials: 300 grams of fresh shrimp salt

Fresh shrimp and eggs
Materials: 3 eggs, 3-5 fresh shrimp, 3 small onions, salt, soy sauce.
1. Beat three eggs, the ratio of water to eggs is 1: 1.

3. Steam them in a pot of water for 15-20 minutes and take them out of the pot.
Fresh Shrimp and Egg Noodles
1. Ingredients: 56 shrimps, 1 egg, 45 asparagus, 3 mushrooms, and appropriate amount of noodles.
Accessories: salt, white pepper, chicken powder or chicken juice, water starch.

7. You can thicken the sauce or just take it out of the pan once it's rolled up again.
This is the amount for one person. Add or subtract as you see fit for more people. If it's too much trouble, mushrooms can be omitted.
