Hello, salt is ok, but you'd better keep the clam in the following ways:
Put it in an oil-free container and put some light salt water to keep it. Cover it with plastic wrap and dig a small hole to breathe. Put it in the refrigerator for refrigeration.
rotate and tighten the bag containing the clam (the kind with no air in it), and then put it in the refrigerator.
scald it with boiling water, and then store it in the freezer.
pour it into a dense sieve to remove the water, make sure your hands are clean and free of oil when touching them, then wrap them tightly with plastic wrap twice and put them in the refrigerator for preservation.
It's best not to put clams overnight. There is a difference in taste between eating them on the same day and eating them the next day. If they are not particularly fresh, they will taste much worse if they are put overnight.
clam (pinyin: Hu ā-gé; Ruditapes philippinarum) belongs to Clam Clam family, also known as Clam Clam Filipinarum or Clam Filipinarum, commonly known as Clam Clam in South China. Shells are oval. The shell is thick and swollen. The top of the shell protrudes slightly and bends forward slightly. Meretrix meretrix is widely distributed in the north and south sea areas of China, South Korea and Japan. It grows rapidly, has a short culture cycle, has strong adaptability (wide temperature, wide salt and wide distribution) and has a long survival time out of water. It is an excellent shellfish suitable for artificial high-density culture, and is one of the four major cultured shellfish in China.
