1, fir tree fungus
Growth environment: Under the pine forest, it especially likes to grow under the young pine forest with just branches and leaves covering the ground. It is native. There are 2 common types. One type has an egg-yellow cap and stipe. When young, the fungus is round and rolled down. When mature, the canopy expands upwards, with a concave middle and wrinkles underneath; one type of thallus is orange-yellow, with a slightly grayish-blue cover, and the color is not as good as the others. The former is bright yellow, but cannot be cultivated artificially and is only found in high-altitude mountainous areas.
2. Shiqu white fungus
Shiqu white fungus and Cordyceps sinensis grow on the grasslands above 4,000 meters above sea level in the Yalong River Basin. Fresh fungi are harvested in July and August when the grassland water is clear and the grass is beautiful. The yield of Shiqu white fungus is related to rain and temperature. The yield is very limited, and artificial cultivation has not yet been successful. Therefore, it appears to be extremely precious.
3. Morels
Wild morels grow in coniferous broad-leaved forests at an altitude of about 2,000 to 3,000 meters from late spring to early autumn, and are distributed in Yunnan, Sichuan, Guizhou, and Tibet. It is a precious edible and medicinal fungus. Morels were discovered in 1818. Its structure is similar to that of a plate fungus, with its upper part in a pleated mesh shape, resembling both a honeycomb and a sheep's belly, hence its name.
4. Gallinobacteria
In the rainy season, gallinopsis fungus mostly grows on white ant nests in the mountains. Its flesh is fat and strong, and its texture is thin and white, similar to chicken, so it is called gallinopsis fungus. It contains calcium, magnesium, iron, phosphorus, protein, carbohydrates, calories, ash, riboflavin, niacin and other nutrients. There are as many as 16 kinds of amino acids in Chicken Fir, and its high phosphorus content is a major feature of Chicken Fir.
