Home made recipe for radish
First of all, white radish is a nutritious ingredient. Therefore, we should consume more white radish in our daily diet. Materials:
2 white radishes (about 3 pounds), 50 grams of garlic, 10 grams of fingerling peppers, 20 grams of pickled peppers, and 1 spoon of salt.
Seasoning:
350ml Shanxi aged vinegar, 150g sugar, 3g salt, 50g soy sauce.

1. Clean the white radish (you can peel it), cut it evenly with a knife into slices about 2mm thick and put it on a plate. Add 1 tablespoon of salt, mix well with chopsticks and marinate for 20 minutes, turning 2 to 3 times. After the carrots are slightly dehydrated, rinse with water for 5 minutes, then drain and set aside:
2. Cut the garlic into slices with a knife and the bell peppers into cubes, then pour them into a bowl, add the seasoning and stir with a spoon to make the sugar melt and set aside:
3. Put the sliced carrots into a plastic box, then pour in the prepared kimchi juice. Seal with a lid and refrigerate for 1 night. The sour, spicy and crispy radish sauce is finished.
