Preparation materials: millet, floss, rock sugar, cooking oil and water.
1. Step 1: Put clean water in the pot, light it and wait for the water to boil, as shown below.
Second, after the water is boiled, pour in the soaked millet. After the fire boils, skim off the floating foam on the surface, as shown below.
Third, order a few drops of cooking oil, then turn to low heat, cover and leave a gap to cook for 25 minutes.
4. Cook on low heat for 25 minutes, then add rock sugar and stir with a shovel until the porridge is thick.
5. When you put it in the bowl, you can add some floss to increase nutrition, so that the millet porridge is cooked.
