The same as the former, the difference is that the processed sliced greens only mixed with the appropriate amount of sliced garlic leaves, salt, a high degree of white wine, that is, placed in the altar pickling until the pickles can be eaten before mixing sweet wine and chili pepper.
Sauerkraut raw food is sweet and sour, appetizing, anorexic people often eat can lift the foci; used for the processing of summer cold fresh cucumber, refreshing the mouth, can eliminate heat; used for the processing of buckled meat, pork oil juice is absorbed by the sauerkraut, meat, fragrant and not greasy, sauerkraut is also from the sweet and sour leaves into the sour fragrance of the food and do not get tired of it.
