Ingredients: raw peanuts 200g, eggs 1 piece, starch 60g, Chili noodles 1 spoon, sugar 3 tablespoons, spiced powder half a spoon, cumin powder half a spoon, white sesame 4 tablespoons, honey 1 spoon and salt 1 spoon.
Steps:
1, 200g raw peanuts, and beat an egg.
2. Stir well.
3. Add a small amount of starch in several times and stir evenly while adding. Add a * * * to coat each peanut with starch, which takes about 60 grams.
4. Put it in an air frying pan (my home is an air frying pan), bake at 180 degrees for 8 minutes, and then take it out.
5. Take a container and add half a spoonful of spiced powder and cumin powder, 1 spoonful of Chili noodles, 1 spoonful of salt, 3 spoonfuls of sugar, 1 spoonful of honey and 4 spoonfuls of white sesame seeds.
6. Add half a bowl of hot water and stir well.
7. Pour the peanuts in the air frying pan into the juice and stir well.
8. Put in an air frying pan and bake at 180 degrees for 8- 10 minutes.
9. Take it out to cool. Crispy and delicious. It can be stored in a sealed jar. It will always be crisp when you eat it!
