If it is stewed in an ordinary soup pot, add more water, and don't add water in the middle, otherwise the soup will not be mellow; Stew over high fire 10 minute, then simmer over low fire 1 hour (take tender chicken as an example, the time for stewing old hen should be doubled), and the seasoning should be sufficient.
