Yemen is the first country in the world to produce coffee on a large scale. /kloc-in the 0/7th century, the first batch of Yemeni coffee was exported to Europe through the ancient small port of Mocha, which is the origin of the name of Mocha coffee. Ethiopia, which is separated from Yemen by a sea, also exports coffee through Mocha Port, so Ethiopian roasted coffee is often called Mocha (such as Harald ETHIOPIA HARRAR). Mocha in Yemen is the originator of the World Trade Organization's coffee trade and has made great contributions to promoting delicious coffee to the whole world. It was called "Arabic coffee" in the17th century, which is also the origin of the name "Arabica original species" later.
Yemen mocha coffee has distinctive taste characteristics, special taste and various layers. It is sour with joy and has obvious chocolate flavor. The stronger the coffee, the easier it is to taste chocolate. Therefore, in order to better understand the unique taste of Yemeni mocha coffee, people now add hot chocolate to coffee to make fancy mocha coffee.
Most of the coffee beans in Mocha Coffee "Silly Boy" are small, round and slightly green, which makes Mocha coffee beans look more like peas. Mocha coffee beans are similar in shape to Ethiopian harald coffee beans, with small particles, high acidity and a strange and indescribable spicy taste.
