Scrubbing with salt and vinegar for the second time to remove fishy smell, and then boiling with water, which is fragrant but not smelly.
First, wash the whole bullwhip, peel off the skin, scald it with boiling water, take it out and tear off the skin. Then remove the fat and tendons around the bullwhip, and then cut the blood line from the middle with scissors.
