Ingredients: dried tofu, shredded onion, dried pepper, coriander.
method of work
1. Boil the dried tofu in shredded water for two minutes, then take it out and drain it. Add shredded onion and dried pepper and pour in proper amount of hot oil.
2. Add coriander, add a little salt, half a spoonful of sugar, 3 tablespoons of soy sauce and 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar and mix well.
