2 small taro (egg size).
Yam (I use a thin iron bar) is 30 cm long.
Corn kernels, green beans, diced carrots and a little diced ham.
3 shrimps
A little crab yellow melon seeds (healthier nuts can be used)
The amount of salad dressing (salty and sweet taste) is more than a quarter of the volume of mashed potatoes after stirring.
Recipe practice:
Scrape the yam with a peeler, cut the potato into two halves without peeling, and peel the taro. Steam three things! Peeled potatoes and taro, and mashed them with yam. Be careful not to scratch too much, because some particles taste better!
Blanch corn kernels, small green beans (the taste of green beans is average, so it should be put less) and diced carrots, drain the water and put them in the mud, then put the diced ham in the mud. Finally, blanch the shrimp, peel it, cut it into small pieces and put it in the mud. The amount of salad dressing and salad dressing is a quarter of the volume of mixed mashed potatoes. If you like, put more. Stir well!
