1, growth and development:
Pollen can naturally fall on the stigma, the fruits of the sand nut ripen about 3 months after pollination, the ripening period is August-September.
2, temperature:
Sand nut likes high-temperature environment, suitable for growing temperature between 22-28 degrees Celsius, the temperature between 15-19 degrees Celsius, slow growth, can tolerate 1-3 degrees of short-term low temperature, 17 degrees or less does not bloom and not disperse pollen.
3, humidity:
The sand nut likes humid environment. Requires annual precipitation of more than 1,000mm, air humidity needs to be more than 80%. Soil temperature varies with different stages of growth and development. Air humidity during the flowering and pollination period needs to be controlled above 90%, and soil moisture content is 24%-26%.
4, distribution:
Sand nuts can not accept strong light, suitable for curing in scattered places. Sand nuts are mainly distributed in our country in fujian, guangdong, guangxi, yunnan and other places, more mountain shady and wet place cultivation or wild.

At the current purchase price of $350 per kilogram, the average annual income from one acre of land ranges from $1,500 to $5,000, and farmers' incomes are still limited, except for the costs of seeds and seedlings, labor, processing, and harvesting. In addition, as sand nuts rely mainly on artificial pollination, this increases the workload of growers.
