Method 1: Baked tilapia

Method 2: Fried tilapia.

Method 3: Roasted tilapia
1, preheat the grill of the oven.
2. Grease the hot pan. Aluminum foil can also be used instead.
3. Mix the Italian cheese, butter, mayonnaise and lemon juice in a small bowl. Mix 1/2 cups of Italian cheese, 1/4 cups of softened butter, 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. Finally, the mixture is smooth and creamy.

Method 4: Pickled fish with tilapia sour orange juice
1, chop raw tilapia into small pieces. Cut into strips at least 1 inch (2.5cm) long, and put them in a large bowl.
2. Marinate tilapia with lime juice. Juice 15 oranges and pour them into a large bowl filled with tilapia until the fish are completely submerged. If there is enough orange juice in the bowl, there is no need to use all the orange juice.
