A kind of snapper, which lives at the junction of salt and fresh water, is also called "Li Yu" in southern China. It grows slowly, but it tastes good Because of its cautious nature, it is not easy to catch.

There are generally four kinds, divided by color: whitebait, snakehead, yellow-footed fish and goldfish.
