1. First, take off the old strap of the follifollie watch, clamp the small protrusion at the end of the raw ear with the concave end of the tool, and press down the compression spring to shorten the raw ear, then you can take off the old strap.

2. Then bring a new belt and press the spring at one end of the ear with your nails. Clamp one side, aim at the groove on the other side, and loosen the compression spring.
