The practice of homemade stew
I use 50g sweet potato starch sold in the supermarket, with a little salt.
Mix 250% water with starch, stir well, (remember: the ratio of starch to water is 1:5) and pour into the rice cooker.
Open the cooking stall of the rice cooker, stir with a shovel until the whole starch paste is transparent, close the rice cooker, pour the transparent starch paste into a container oiled in advance (the bottom of the container is oiled to prevent sticking), smooth the starch paste, and put the container into a cold water basin for cooling. I added an ice pack to the cold water basin to speed up the cooling.
This is what it looks like after cooling and molding.
Cut the stew into small pieces of moderate size.
Put a little oil in the pot, add the chopped stew, fry it slowly on low heat until all sides change color, and then put it on the plate. Add the prepared sesame paste, salt and garlic.
