How to stir-fry bamboo shoots as follows:
Method:
1. Prepare bamboo shoots, pork shreds, add cooking wine, salt and cornstarch, mix well and marinate for half an hour .
2. Peel the bamboo shoots, wash and shred them.
3. Prepare garlic slices and chopped green onion.
4. Pour oil into the pot, heat the oil to 5 minutes, pour the shredded pork into the oil and remove it until it changes color.
5. Put in another pot, add shredded bamboo shoots after the water boils, blanch them and then remove them.
6. Pour oil into hot pan, add garlic slices under warm oil and sauté until fragrant.
7. Add the shredded bamboo shoots and stir-fry until fragrant.
8. Add pork shreds and salt and stir-fry evenly.
9. Add a little oyster sauce and stir-fry evenly, then turn off the heat and remove from the pan.
10. Sprinkle with chopped green onion and serve.
