Practice steps:
Step 1, soak peanuts for two hours in advance.
Step 2, put water into the pot and pour peanuts, add a little salt, and add a little onion, ginger, pepper, dried pepper, star anise, cinnamon and fragrant leaves to boil for half an hour.
Step 3, soak for half an hour after cooking.
Step 4, fish out the peanuts.
Step 5, cut some diced celery, diced carrots and diced cucumbers. Step 6, boil the water in the pot, add the diced celery, and blanch the diced carrot for half a minute.
Step 7, quickly put it into cold water.
Step 8, then drain the water and put the diced cucumber into the peanuts.
Step 9: Add light soy sauce 1 spoon, aged vinegar 1 spoon, chicken powder 1 spoon, sesame oil 1 spoon, and mix a little salt to serve.
