How to wear it:

1. Wash with soap and water to remove grease and dirt on the breast, and dry the skin with a soft towel.

2. Stand in front of the mirror, turn the cup outwards, fix the edge of the cup with both hands, and put the cup in a proper position. Slowly adjust with your fingertips to make it close to the lower edge of the breast. Repeat the above steps and put another cup, making sure that both sides are at the same height.

3. Button up, put your hands on the cup, squeeze it hard for a few seconds to make it firmly fixed, and button up the front button.

Maintenance method:

1. Hold the contact bra with the palm of one hand, then add a little warm water and a little neutral soap to the sticky side (please don't use nourishing soap such as cream), and gently clean it in circles with the palm of the other hand. Be careful not to use nails, because it may cause scratches on the contact bra.

2. Please don't clean with sharp objects such as brushes, which will cause permanent damage.

3. Rinse the soap with warm water to remove excess water, and put it into an invisible bra box to dry naturally without a cover.

4. Never dry it with towel. When the contact bra is dry, cover it and save it for next use.
