1. Concentrated juice is not pure juice.

Concentrated fruit juice is made by low-temperature vacuum concentration after the fruit is squeezed into the original juice, and a part of water is evaporated, so that the volume is reduced for storage and transportation. When preparing 1% fruit juice, it must be reduced in the concentrated fruit juice raw materials, and the natural water lost in the process of concentration of fruit juice is equivalent to water, so as to make products with the color, flavor and soluble solid content of the original fruit pulp. But 1% pure juice is not equal to the original juice.
