Ingredients
200 grams of minced pork belly, 200 grams of flower branch meat, 200 grams of shrimp, 1 green onion, ginger 1 small piece, 3/4 cup of cold water, A. 3/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp MSG, 1 tsp fine sugar, B. 1 tbsp cornstarch, 1 tsp white pepper, 1 tbsp sesame oil
Method
1. Wash the onion and cut into sections; wash and slice the ginger, put it into a juicer with cold water, and beat for 20 seconds to make onion and ginger juice.
2. Wash the shrimps and scallop meat, drain, and cut into fine cubes and set aside.
3. Take a mixing bowl, put the minced pork belly, diced shrimps and diced flower branches from step 2 into the bowl and beat until sticky, then add seasoning A in the same direction. Mix well.
4. Add the onion and ginger juice from Step 1 into the minced meat stuffing from Step 3 in three batches, and be sure to stir continuously every time you add the onion and ginger juice so that the minced meat can completely incorporate the onion and ginger. 5. After adding the green onion and ginger juice in step 4, add seasoning B and stir together in the basin until evenly mixed.
6. Take a wonton wrapper and wrap an appropriate amount of filling into wontons according to Step 5. Repeat this step until all the ingredients are used.
7. Take a soup pot, boil the water until it is completely boiling, then throw in the 6 packs of raw wontons prepared in the method, turn to low heat and let it boil for about 2 minutes, then pick it up and put it into the soup.
