Tools/materials: fish with big head 1 00g, 2 sweet peppers, appropriate amount of ginger, 1 spoon of soy sauce,1spoon of cooking wine.
Clean up the bighead fish, and then remove the meat.
Chop the fish into patties.
Add a proper amount of salt, ginger, 1 teaspoon of soy sauce 1 teaspoon of cooking wine.
