Method of braising spicy duck wing roots in brown sauce
1. Wash the roots of duck wings for later use.
2. Add shredded onion, shredded ginger, cooking wine, salt, spiced powder and chicken essence and marinate for half an hour.
3. Heat the oil to 70% heat, add the marinated duck wing roots, fry until amber, drain the oil, add cold boiled water (appropriate amount), cooking wine, salt, spiced powder, soy sauce (a little) and Chili oil, and cook.
When the soup is dry, put it on the plate.
