First, a suitable baking dish. The main requirement is: not flat, material coating is not limited. A variety of oblique way to make the oil can flow out not stained in the meat. Second, the right meat and other ingredients. Fresh five-flower in the market or large supermarkets can buy a good, fat and lean evenly the most suitable for grilled; good beef ribs or other suitable parts of the roast can be bought in large supermarkets or specialized stores, snow meat is most suitable for grilled. It is so much cheaper to buy it at home and roast it than to eat it in a high-class restaurant.
Third, the right sauce. I discovered this dipping sauce years ago in Korea when I happened to be eating barbecue, and I thought gee, I can do it so easily, and I came back to make it myself and it really tasted good.
The limitation of eating barbecue at home is that if you don't have a portable gas stove, you will have to eat around the stove, and it will be crowded with two or three people, but if you have a portable gas stove, you can have fun.

Korean barbecue at home
Prepare a barbecue pan that can leak oil. Some grill pan is leaking oil to the groove below (Iwatani), I use this Korean grill pan leaking oil mouth on the side, directly cut a can to catch, use up that is discarded.
Wash the pancetta and dry it with kitchen paper. Cut into 1cm wide strips.
Note 1: Be sure to wipe it dry or it will spatter with oil when you grill it;
Note 2: 1cm is the more appropriate thickness that I've concluded from having eaten at countless Korean-style barbecue restaurants.
The skin of the meat has a special odor after it is grilled, so if you are not used to it, you can remove the skin directly before cutting. (
The beef is naturally thawed and ready for use.
This plate is all wrapped meat to eat: purple leaf lettuce is slightly bitter, no if ordinary large leaf lettuce or round lettuce can be; Su Zi Ye has a kind of aroma, the favorite people very much like; scallions cleaned and cut into 6cm long section; garlic peeled and sliced into thin slices.

Barbecue sauce.
The main ingredients:
1. Korean-style rice sauce (in the picture, to the Korean supermarket to buy if you recognize the largest of the two black characters on the line, pronounced: Sammu Zang)
2. line pepper (looks slightly darker than the Hangzhou pepper, slightly more spicy than Hangzhou pepper).
Practice:
1. Pepper head and tail, split in half to remove the core and seeds, chopped into pieces.
2. Use 5-6 tablespoons of the rice sauce, mix the chopped peppers, add a little honey, sesame oil, white sesame seeds and mix well (if you have a heavy taste, you can add a little minced garlic)
Start to bake.
Roasted meat order and method
1. Pork: hot pan, pork lay flat, grill on high heat until golden brown on both sides, cut into small pieces can be.
2. While the pancetta is roasting, place a ring of portobello mushrooms on the side of the pan, mouth side up. Tips
About the beef.
Many cooks will feel that beef is easy to grill old, in fact, it is the wrong type of meat. The best roasted beef is snowflake beef, where the fat is snowflake-like distributed in the center of the lean meat. The picture accompanying step 8 is Japanese Kobe beef bought in Hong Kong, and the picture accompanying 9 is Korean beef from a high-class Korean beef store in South Korea, both of which are snowflake beef.
