Materials:
Pork ribs, yam, medlar, a few red dates and a few slices of ginger.
Exercise:
1, put the ribs in a pot to boil, and skim off the foam;
2. Remove the ribs from the pot and put them into the casserole;
3. Put onion, pepper, aniseed and tsaoko into a casserole and start cooking for about 1 hour;
4. Wash yam and cut into pieces, and soak yam, medlar and red dates;
5. When the ribs are boiled for 50 minutes, pour the yam, medlar and red dates into the pot and cook for 15 minutes.
