Ingredients: 50 grams of sweet-scented osmanthus sugar, 500 grams of water, 2 pieces of yellow sugar tablets, horseshoe powder 1 10 grams.
Accessories: 240 grams of milk and 200 grams of coconut milk.
1. Heat 500 grams of water to melt the yellow sugar tablets.
2. Add 50g sweet-scented osmanthus sugar into the melted yellow sugar water, and stir evenly until cool.
3. Add 240 grams of milk to 200 grams of coconut milk and mix well.
4. Add 90 grams of horseshoe powder to the mixed coconut milk and stir until there are no particles.
5. Add 1 10g water chestnut powder to the cooled osmanthus syrup and stir until there are no particles.
6. Sweet-scented osmanthus syrup and coconut milk syrup have been reserved.
7. Pour a layer of coconut juice solution and steam for a few minutes until it is solidified.
8. Pour another layer of sweet-scented osmanthus sugar solution, steam for a few minutes, and repeat several times.
9. Take out after steaming, cool and cut into pieces.
Precautions:
Every time you steam, you need to solidify and then pour the coconut milk for the second time, otherwise it will be easy to mix and have no layering.
