Ingredients: 50g spinach, pork liver 100g, onion ginger 10g, 2 tbsp oil, rice wine 10ml, 4g salt and 5g chicken essence.
1, spinach washed with water, pork liver washed with blood and shredded, onion and ginger cut into powder.
2. Add salt and yellow wine to pork liver and marinate for 10 minute. Pour the oil into the pot and heat it. Add onion and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant.
3. Add pork liver and stir fry a few times, and add appropriate amount of water.
4. After the water is boiled, add spinach, add salt, turn on and off the water again, and add chicken essence.
