How to make pan-fried seaweed?
Pinch the seaweed into small pieces , add a small amount of water to soak the seaweed, and twist the soaked seaweed loosely with your hands
Chop the mushrooms, green onions, and ginger as finely as possible; add them to the twisted seaweed after chopping them

Add a small amount of water and sweet potato powder, then add fish sauce and chicken essence. After mixing well, it is best to dip chopsticks into the juice to test the taste.
Put oil in a pan. Heat the oil over high heat first, then turn to medium heat. Use chopsticks to pick the seaweed into the pan several times, loosen the seaweed a little; fry on one side until slightly browned. Then turn over (a little more oil is needed, too little will stick to the pan, make sure the oil can penetrate into the center of the seaweed cake)
