Ingredients: 50g beef, 200g celery, 5g soy sauce, 2.5g starch 10g cooking wine, 2.5g onion, 2.5g ginger, 5g vegetable oil 15g salt.
Exercise:
1. Wash beef, remove fascia, chop it, and add soy sauce, starch and cooking wine. Wash and chop celery, blanch with boiling water, cut onion into chopped green onion, and mince ginger.
