If you want to brew a good bottle of cherry wine, you must prepare fresh cherries, and then choose the largest and most tender cherries without wounds and necrosis. Then clean the cherry and remove its long stalks. Cherry pedicels will make wine bitter, so they must be removed.
Step 2 Prepare rock sugar/sealed cans
If you want to know the simplest way to make cherry wine, the most important thing is the formula. Generally speaking, 5 kg of cherry wine needs about 1.5 ~ 2 kg of rock sugar. See how many cherries you have, and then prepare the amount of rock sugar. Try to choose single crystal rock candy or big rock candy, and the taste of white sugar is far less than these two kinds of rock candy.
Besides rock sugar, we should also prepare sealed cans and white wine. Liquor is very simple, as long as the concentration is between 50 and 60 degrees, it can be fen-flavor liquor, Erguotou or sorghum liquor. The sealed tank must have good sealing performance, then it should be cleaned and then reversed.
Step 3 brew cherry wine
Put the washed cherries in a sealed jar, then add the crystal sugar, and finally pour the white wine. The weight of white wine must be enough. At least not cherries and rock candy. In fact, you can also taste it according to your own taste. If you like some sweet fruit wine, add a little rock sugar. If you want more mellow wine, add a little wine and finally shut up.
4. Sealed storage
Self-brewed cherry wine is best sealed and placed in a cool and dry environment, just waiting for the cherry in the bottle to ferment naturally. You can choose your own brewing time. Generally, cherry wine will be brewed after 7 days, but the taste is relatively light. If you want to be strong, you can soak it for a month, and it is purest when it is 2 months. Don't drink for more than a year.
