I have eaten stinky tofu four times when I was visiting Changsha, and two of them were the best.

One is the famous black classic stinky tofu. There are many chain stores. I ate at the Taiping Street branch.

After eating it a few times, I feel that their stinky tofu is the crispiest and juiciest.

The other one is Sister Sino’s stinky tofu that I saw near the Fire Palace. She really doesn’t know how to spell it.

The uncle who fried stinky tofu is also a chronic man. There were two people in front of me, but they were all thinking about fried tofu and holding the ingredients. I was so worried that I finally got the stinky tofu in my hand.

Take a bite right away, it’s delicious! tasty! Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. It was seasoned and looked like chili but not very spicy. They are all fragrant. We finished an eight-yuan portion in an instant.

Stand at attention! The Luo Ji Stinky Tofu next to the Fire Palace has a lot of people queuing up. I waited for 20 minutes and had the worst stinky tofu I've ever had in Changsha. Not tasty.

Black classic stinky tofu

This is what we ate on the first day in Changsha. Give it a "great" word. Really delicious. It has a solid black exterior with a hole in the middle. It has chopped pepper in it. The flavor is great, spicy but not spicy. Take a bite, the soup overflows and your mouth is full of fragrance. I highly recommend you go there!

After visiting Taiping Street, I ate Wen Heyou’s black stinky tofu. I thought it was quite delicious. It tasted much more authentic than what I had eaten in the big streets in China before. There are quite a few people queuing up. I guess they all came here for the sign, but the taste really did not disappoint.
