Exercise:
1.? Put the flower shell in salt water to spit sand 1-2 hours. Add cooking wine and ginger slices to water, and add flower shells. Take out the flower shell and wash it with cold water.
2.? Heat oil in a hot pan, add Jiang Mo, minced garlic and minced red pepper, stir-fry until fragrant, and stir-fry with light soy sauce.
3.? Stir-fry the flowers and pour a small bowl of water to boil. Sprinkle with chopped green onion and take out the pan.
Cumin mushroom
Exercise:
1.? Boil the water, add mushrooms, blanch, remove and drain.
2.? Stir-fried mushrooms, salt and cumin.
3.? Hot pot with hot oil, saute shallots, garlic and peppers.
4.? Sprinkle chopped green onion from the pot.
