1. Take it out and wash it for later use
3. Wash the snow beans (broad beans) in advance and soak them in appropriate amount of water, preferably one day in advance
4. Put appropriate amount of water into the soup pot, add all materials except salt, keep the fire for 2 minutes after boiling, until the soup is white, then turn to low heat for about 3 hours, until the trotters are crisp and rotten, remove the dried tangerine peel, and season with salt and chopped green onion. (Mix soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, pepper powder, chopped pepper and chopped green onion into water and dip them in pig's trotters.)
