Steps
1. Peel the groundnuts and put water in the steamer.
Groundnuts are steamed for different times because of their different sizes. The best way to do this, is to use chopsticks to fork them, as long as there is no hard core in the center!
2. Remove the purple potatoes while they are still hot and place them in a bowl. (Because you want to use its heat to scald the noodles, make sure it's while it's still hot)
While it's still hot, add the clarified noodles, cornstarch, sugar, condensed milk and milk (water).
3. Pound them vigorously with a rolling pin to mix them well until there are no particles and they are pounded out sticky.
4. Take a small piece of purple potato and roll it into a ball with your palm.
5. Then flatten it with both palms and pinch one end into a sharp corner.
6. Use chopsticks to press on the top and come out with a heart-shaped top.

8. Line a baking sheet with greaseproof paper or tarpaulin, and yard it inside the baking sheet.
Preheat the oven, 200 degrees for 5 minutes, then turn 180 degrees, 15 minutes.
